How do I update my profile information?

To update your profile information, log in to your account and navigate to your profile page. From there, you can edit your personal details, contact information, and any other relevant data associated with your Taggi.

How can I add or remove a Taggi from my account?

To manage your Taggis, go to your user dashboard and select the “Manage Taggis” option. Here, you can add new Taggis by entering their QR codes, or unlink Taggis that you no longer use or have lost.

What should I do if I lose an item with a Taggi attached?

You can check places like local train stations, supermarkets, or cafes where you might have left it. Don’t forget to check your Taggi-connected email for any notifications if someone found and scanned your Taggi.

What happens if my Taggi is permanently lost?

If your Taggi is permanently lost, simply unlink it from your profile via the Profile Dashboard. This will deactivate the Taggi, ensuring that it no longer works. If you find your Taggi again, you can re-register it.

How do I upgrade my subscription?

To upgrade your subscription plan, access your Account Settings and select the “Subscription” tab. Choose the plan that best fits your needs, and follow the instructions to complete the upgrade process.

Can I change the information linked to my Taggi without removing it from my account?

Yes, you can edit the information linked to your Taggi by visiting your Profile Dashboard. Select the Taggi you want to update and make the necessary changes to the linked information.
