What is a Taggi?
Taggi’s are smart wearables for people, pets and items that have a scannable QR code that alerts the owners when found and how they can be contacted to return what’s missing. Taggi Pro’s have GPS location technology that when combined with Apple Find My allow you to see where the Taggi was last seen and can provide real time locations of your Taggi’s.
Do I need an app to use Taggi?
No. You don’t need an app to activate or manage a Taggi, it’s all done through a web browser. Anyone who finds a Taggi will also be able to to see the details on a web browser too. For Taggi Pro’s you will need an Apple device that has Apple’s Find My built into it to activate the pro features.
How does Taggi work?
Once a Taggi has been activated just attach it to whatever you want to protect and then if it’s found the QR code can be scanned by the person who found it to find your contact details and send you the location of the Taggi. If you’re using a Taggi Pro just open the Find My to see it’s last seen location.
How do I set up a Taggi?
Once you receive a Taggi scan it to activate it. Make sure you’re registered with us, create a profile for the Taggi and then you’re all set to attach it to wherever you like with peace of mind.
How long do Taggi’s last for?
Taggi’s are designed to be robust for everyday use. With reasonable wear we expect a Taggi to last up to a year, however, if you have any issues we offer FREE replacements to users who sign up to Taggi Plus and Taggi Premium memberberships.
Is my information safe?
Yes, we have integrated security codes into Taggi tags and profiles so your information is only seen by people who find your tags and your self when you’re managing any of your Taggi’s.
