What is a Taggi?
A Taggi is a small tag with a QR code that can be attached to a variety of items, a pet, or even worn by a person. When scanned, the QR code links to a profile with important information such as contact details or health conditions, helping lost people, pets and items get back to where they belong.
How do I get a Taggi?
You can order a Taggi for free from our shop. Once you receive it, link it to your profile on our website.
How do I set up my Taggi profile?
To set up your profile, visit User Profiles and create an account if you haven’t already. Once logged in, you can add your contact details, emergency information, or any other important data you want accessible via your Taggi.
What happens if I lose my Taggi?
If your Taggi is lost, you can unlink it from your profile through your profile dashboard, making it inactive.
How many profiles and Taggis can I have?
The number of profiles and Taggis depends on your subscription plan. Taggi Me users can have one profile and up to three Taggis, Taggi Plus users can have up to 5 profiles and 15 Taggis, while Taggi Premium users enjoy unlimited profiles and Taggis up to a fair usage limit.
